Well... Here are the pictures I promised.    As you know... I didn't have the brains to take any before pictures but I found a few snaps that Mamajo took in the weeks and months preceeding the start of my cleanse.  They should help lay it out for you.  LOL...

This was a few weeks before the Master Cleanse... Not a great full length picture but you get the idea.
