Well, It's been a couple of days since I had the energy to do more than check my e-mail.  Woosh.  I was tooo tired.  I was off work on Sunday and joined my mom and sister for a visit with my niece and nephew.  We had to drive an hour and a half just to get to the little town where they live.  We met up with my sister and drove over to the river where the kids like to go.  It was a little bit of a hike down to the river.  Check out what they consider a path down...

I got a fierce sunburn even though I was a good girl and used a high SPF sunscreen.  I reapplied it 3 times over the 4 hours we were there.  I hate to think how I would feel if I hadn't used any.  I am so sore it isn't even funny.  Also, I could barely move my neck yesterday.  Why would I be sore there you ask?  Well.......

Chicken!!!!  Nuff Said.  I took off work 2 hours early yesterday.  I just couldn't take it anymore.  There was also a nice sandy patch there where we played...

See the sundburn?  That's 2.5 hours in.  Yikes!

I had a lot of fun and it was worth it.
