Well I have come to a decison... I am going for a 20 day cleanse.  I have been having an easy enough time doing this that I believe I can follow thru for 11 more days and get truly detoxed.  I have finished 9 days and just don't feel like I have reached that point yet.  My tongue is still white and furry and I have not begun passing any unmentionable gunk.  Clearly I am not detoxed yet.  Tomorrow was supposed to be my last day but instead Egirl is going to start a 10 day detox on Tuesday with me. 

I took a great walk around the neighborhood with Tink and worked up a great sweat as well as got my heart really pumping.  My new job is way more sedate than my last one and I HAVE GOT TO get my metabolism moving.  No more couch potato with an ice cream in her hand!!! LOL

Summary of the day... No troubles.
