Alright!!!  Another 1 1/2 lbs lost today.  That means a total of 7 lbs lost in the last 5 day and 14 lbs lost since I brought mom home 14 days ago. 

  No problems from the laxative tea last night. I didn't wake up in the night with a problem or anything. In fact, I had no symptoms or results from it at all until I took my SWF this morning.

No problems at work this afternoon and no problems resisting any food temptations. I sat in the break room surrounded by people eating and wasn't even tempted! Yeah me!

Summary... it's been a breeze!!!  I have not felt like a ravening beast or anything!!!  LOL
