Sorry for the late post guys!  It's been special...

I got up yesterday at 6:45am Drank my Salt Water and headed out for my 1 Mile walk.  Then I showered and dealt with the SWF...

I headed to work by 9:15 AM by got off at 6PM... From there I got on the road to pick up Mamajo (3 hour drive).  I started getting rained on and didn't want to drive back in the night and rain.  I slept on my sisters couch and we got up at 4:30 AM to drive back in time for her DR appt. 

So.... No Laxative tea last night and no SWF this morning.  I'll try to do the flush tonight.  We'll see!  LOL

Summary of the Day.... I was still pretty energetic and had no problems at work or on the drive.  HOWEVER... I have reached the point where any and all food sounds DELICIOUS!  Only a couple more days and I can start eating!  Spaghetti, here I come!
