Wahooo!  I dropped a couple more pounds!  Finally!  I had reached a plateau while my Monthly visitor was coming but I'm on the move again.  9.5 Lbs lost so far.

While the weight loss is signifigant and welcome... You all know the detox is what I'm doing this for and that is coming along well.  My tongue has not turned pink yet but it is much less white and furry than before! 

Summary:  Pretty average day... No problems.
