Justice!  Finally!  My sister may be a screw up but she never deserved to have SUPERVISED visitations with her children.  Her EX is pissed.  He just new things were going to go his way forever.  Na na Na na Boo boo!  dick!  (yes, Lower case D.  He doesn't deserve a capital letter.)

She may have allowed herself to remain in an abusive relationship and the children may have seen more than they should but they were never abused and witnessed only minor verbal shit.  None of the physical stuff happened in front of them.  When CPS took the kids it was a heartbreaker.  We knew what He and his family would do when she backed him getting custody.  She was just trying to keep them out of foster care any longer than neccessary.  Yeah that worked.  In the last 3 years we have only seen them during supervised visitations.  And who does the supervising you ask?  The EX and his live in.  Sure.  They can be fair and impartial.  My sister was relegated to playmate.  She could not speak to them privately.  She could not have a serious conversation about what had happened.  It has been rediculous.  At one point the dick cut us off completely.  We did not see or hear from them for a year and a half.  We had to take it back to court.  It has taken 8 months to simply see them unattended. 

But... When the rains end you have to look for the rainbow!  Over the next 2 months until the next hearing... We get Four... Count 'em... Four Weekend visits.  Yup!  The dick was not a happy camper. 

It was the icing on the cake. This was the first time the kids had been brought in to speak to the judge and Suprise!  Yes, they want to spend time with their mother.  

OHHH.  Horrors!  What shall we do?  He he he!
